Q: Can I offer free shipping in Canada on all orders over $50, but only to select provinces (e.g. all provinces except NWT, Nunavut Yukon)?

Q: Will the system be configured and ready to start shipping once I complete the installation?

  • A: The Silver Support Package includes basic configuration support. This means you'll have a member of our tem walk you through the documentation and the module itself. But full configuration (I.E. setting up your account number, what you want to use the rates for, etc.) is something you'll have to do yourself.
